Leopard Checkered Nails/ Rite Aid Contest

I've gone back to school and that is why I haven't been posting.

What I have for you today is my nail creation that I did for Rite Aid. Rite Aid had a nail art contest and I was one of the 9 finalist. They send me a bag full of goodies (that is what I call nail mail). I had to create a new nail art using only what they send me. And this is what I did.

Butterflies or Bows????

I hope everyone had a great weekend.
This is what I have for you.

I first started with Wet n Wild Blazed. It is a light peachy color.
In the picture it looks bright neon, but it's not.
Then I used bundle monster BM-205. Stamped with Konad special white polish.
Now, this is where the title of the post comes in. 
Butterflies or Bows???
Looking at the image plate they look like butterfly's. When stamped on my nail
They look like bows. I even asked my husband what he thought 
they looked like. And he couldn't even guess.

What do you guys think they look like???

Jordana and Bundle Monster

Good Morning. Today I have for you Jordana Electric Blue.

Electric Blue is a light creme blue color. The formula was watery but I didn't have trouble applying 
it. It was sheer but it got a lot better as I applied the rest of the coats. I used 3 coats.

 Here I used Bundle monster BM-201. Stamped with Konad special white polish.

Neon Boarder Nails

Good morning my fellow nail polish lovers.
Today I'm going to show you my first boarder nails.
I think I did okay. I just needed to make the black line a little more thicker.



 Here is what I used:
Base coat: Wet n wild, French white creme
Nina ultra pro, Orange Flame
Pure ice, Black rage

My Cinco De Mayo Mani!

Good Morning!
So, Cinco de Mayo is on Saturday and in celebration for this fiesta I decided to 
do a Mexican flag. Okay, but before I show you the pics. I have to
worn you I am not artistic at all!!! (I didn't draw the eagle)
I tired.... but it didn't even come close to looking like an eagle.

Bright Tribal.

I was looking at a magazine and I got inspired by a stripe tribal skirt.
This is what I came up with.

So here it is..


I started with the base color.
Then with a thin nail brush I stated making the lines one by one.
The colors I used:
Wet N Wild, French white Creme
Ultra Nina pro,Orange flame and Funki Pink
Pure Ice, Black Rage
Sinful Colors, Unicorn

Half Moon and Flower Manicure

Good Morning! 
I hope you had a great weekend.
This is what I came up with.

What I used:
Wet n wild, Blazed and  White French creme
L'oreal, Tweet me
Konad m84
special polish in red


I first painted my nail with Blazed. Then I used a round sticker to make the half moons. I had a small line 
of yellow on the tips. Then stamped with image plate m84.

Colorful Crackle Using the Bundle Monster!

Good Morning!
Here is what my nails look like.
Before I show you the pictures I have to warn you that I broke a nail. I didn't want to
file all my nails completely down. You may notice that I nail is smaller than the rest.


I randomly put the polishes overlapping each other. Then I stamped it with Konad special black polish using bundle monster plate BM-208.


Here is what I used:
L'oreal, Boozy bunch and Tweet me
Bundle monster, BM-208
Konad special black polish

Have any of you lady's tired the crackle from any of the stamp image plates? Or do you prefer to use crackle polishes?

Black and Red stripes Manicure!

Good morning! 
Today I have a manicure that I got inspired by the cover of Latina Magazine. The girl on the cover was wearing a red and black stripe skirt. I forgot to take a picture of the cover. (Sorry)

I wasn't to happy with this manicure. I polish leaked through the tape, and when I put the top coat it smudged.

Base color: Sinful Colors, Let's Talk
Sinful Colors, Secret Admirer
Top coat: Revlon, quick dry

Let's talk is a purple shade.Very pretty.

Secret Admirer is a black shade with really small sliver shimmers.  It reminds me a lot of smoke and Ashes by China Glaze  (Hunger games collection.)

I really like this color but, on me I don't like so much.
